1. App license
Airport WX obtained through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms provide additional information about the app's airport and weather features. If a term about the app license conflicts with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls.
Use the app lawfully and reasonably. Do not interfere with its operation or use it to infringe another person's rights.
2. Weather information
Airport WX brings together airport METAR and TAF reports and related historical data for convenient viewing. The information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable. Decoded text and charts may not represent every detail in the original reports.
This app does not replace an official flight briefing or official operational information. For flight planning, dispatch, and other safety-related decisions, use information from the relevant authorities and aviation weather services, follow your operating procedures, and verify that the information is current and applicable.
3. Third-party data and services
Weather information may come from NOAA Aviation Weather Center and AMSC. Airport data comes from OurAirports, and maps are provided by Apple. Each provider controls the availability, content, and applicable terms of its own service. Airport WX is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.
4. Changes to the service
We may update the app to fix issues, adjust data sources, or improve features. Network conditions, system permissions, or changes to third-party services may affect some features. This section does not affect rights you have under applicable law.
5. Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to, completeness of, or absolute accuracy of weather information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are interpreted under applicable law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
